With over 20 years experience in the software industry Hugo has mastered every challenge and role that has crossed his path.

But Hugo’s true strengths lie outside of tech, like keeping curious and humble in a very fast paced industry. Hugos is a passionate team player who brings mentoring, warmness and humor to any situation and adapts quickly to new challenges and environments.

Hugo enjoys working on hard challenges and he thrives on delivering clean high quality solutions that are easy to read and maintain.

At this stage in his career Hugo is very happy spending his time solely on “writing code” and mentoring others but shies away from any leadership positions.
